DICTU werd op 1 januari 2012 agentschap van het ministerie van EL&I door samenvoeging van de ICT-diensten van het voormalige ministerie van LNV en het Agentschap NL. De Dienst ICT Uitvoering levert ICT-werkplekken en applicaties aan EZ-diensten.

DICTU (Dienst ICT Uitvoering) is het ICT-agentschap van het ministerie van Economische Zaken en levert hosting, werkplekken, ontwikkel- en beheerdiensten en maatwerkapplicaties aan onder meer RVO, NVWA, Staatsbosbeheer en het ministerie zelf. De dienst is gevestigd in Den Haag en Assen en bouwt en beheert grote uitvoeringssystemen voor regelingen op het gebied van landbouw, energie en innovatie.
