What does €268k per FTE mean?

This is the total personnel cost (salary + pension contribution + employer contributions + overhead) divided by the number of FTE. Not an individual salary — collective-agreement scales top out around €170–190k for senior specialists.

FMHaaglanden werd op 1 januari 2011 opgericht als agentschap van het ministerie van BZK en levert facilitair management aan departementen in de Haagse kantoren. De dienst bundelde de facilitaire organisaties van meerdere ministeries.

/ 04 — About the organisation

FMHaaglanden is het shared-serviceagentschap dat facilitaire dienstverlening levert aan rijksorganisaties in de regio Den Haag. De dienst verzorgt onder andere catering, schoonmaak, beveiliging, werkplekmanagement, audiovisuele diensten en receptie in tientallen rijkskantoren, waaronder ministeries op het Binnenhof en het Bezuidenhout. Samen met andere concerndienstverleners werkt FMH aan één rijksbrede facilitaire keten.
