Founded
1993
Naktuinbouw werd in 1993 opgericht door samenvoeging van de NAKB, NAKG en NAKS. De stichting is ZBO onder de Zaaizaad- en plantgoedwet en keurt teeltmateriaal van tuinbouwgewassen op kwaliteit, gezondheid en rasechtheid.

Naktuinbouw is het ZBO voor keuring en certificering van teeltmateriaal in de tuinbouw: groentegewassen, sierteelt, boomkwekerij, fruit en bollen. De organisatie voert rasonderzoek (DUS-testen) uit voor de Raad voor plantenrassen en voor kwekersrechten, doet fytosanitaire inspecties en laboratoriumdiagnostiek op plantpathogenen. Naktuinbouw is gevestigd in Roelofarendsveen.
